Terms.
Last updated October 15, 2026
The agreement
These terms are between House Hues LLC (“we”), which provides MoveWhen, and the company that uses it (“you”). By signing in or letting your people sign in, you accept them on behalf of your company.
The beta
MoveWhen is in a private beta. Beta access is free. Features may change, be added or be removed, and some are marked as not yet available on your plan. It is offered as it is, and we will fix what we can as fast as we can. We will give at least thirty days' notice by email before any charge starts, and nothing is charged without your agreement.
Your account
You decide who at your company has a login and what role they have, and you are responsible for what is done with your logins. Keep passwords private; tell us at once if you think one has been misused. Each person signs in as themselves.
Your data
What you put in MoveWhen is yours. You give us permission to store and process it only to provide MoveWhen to you, as our privacy policy describes. You confirm you have the right to put in the information about your clients and crew that you do, and that you will tell them as the law requires. You can export your data, or ask us to delete it, at any time.
Fair use
Use MoveWhen for your own business. Do not try to reach another company's data, break or overload the service, send spam through it, or use it for anything unlawful. Usage on your plan may be capped (for example, AI visibility runs) to keep the beta free.
Your work with your clients
Estimates, proposals, terms, prices and invoices you send through MoveWhen are yours and between you and your client. Prices MoveWhen suggests are a starting point; you are responsible for the prices and terms you offer. Starter rates are national averages until you set your own. Money your clients pay goes to you, not to us.
Availability and backups
We work to keep MoveWhen running and back it up every night, but we do not promise it will never be down or that nothing will be lost. Keep anything you are legally required to keep (tax records, signed contracts) in a copy of your own as well.
Limits on liability
To the extent the law allows, MoveWhen is provided without warranties of any kind, and we are not liable for lost profits, lost data or indirect damages. Our total liability for anything arising from the beta is limited to one hundred dollars.
Ending it
You can stop using MoveWhen at any time; tell us and we will export your data for you and then delete it. We can end beta access with thirty days' notice, or at once if these terms are broken, and will still give you your export.
The rest
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. If we change them, we will email you before the change takes effect. Questions, help, or anything else: MoveWhen@househues.com.
