What MoveWhen is
MoveWhen is a private business dashboard run by House Hues LLC for its owner. It has one user. It reads the company's own data to show cash, jobs, and goals. It is not offered to the public and collects nothing from visitors to this page.
What data it holds
Bank transactions and balances for accounts the owner connects through Plaid; invoices, proposals and payments from the company's job software; time-clock hours; calendar events; and website analytics. Bank credentials are never seen or stored: the connection is made on the bank's own login page through Plaid, and MoveWhen receives only a token that Plaid controls.
How it is used
Only to run the dashboard: categorizing transactions for the company's books, costing jobs, and projecting cash. Data is not sold, shared, or used for advertising. It is not used to train models.
Who can see it
The owner, signed in with a password and a second factor. Contracted developers work under the owner's direction and do not hold production credentials. Service providers that process data on the company's behalf: Plaid (bank connection), DigitalOcean (hosting), Google (analytics and search data the company already owns).
How it is protected
Encrypted in transit everywhere. Sensitive secrets, including the Plaid token and the two-step sign-in key, are stored encrypted. Nightly backups are encrypted and kept for fourteen days. The server accepts administrator access by key only, behind a firewall, with security updates applied automatically.
Retention and deletion
Financial records are kept for as long as the company needs them for its books, and at least as long as tax law requires. The bank connection can be disconnected at any time from the dashboard, which revokes the Plaid token. The owner can delete stored bank data by asking for it to be removed from the server; it is gone from backups within fourteen days. Consumers whose data appears only as a payer name on a transaction may write to the address below to have it removed.

The owner consents to this processing by connecting an account. Anyone with a question about data held here can write to info@househues.com and will get an answer within thirty days.
